Our dishes, which are intertwined with the traditional “Moscow” cuisine have become an integral part of the inhabitants of the megapolis, but also in our menu we are introducing long-forgotten recipes of the old Russian cuisine and cooking techniques: smoking, slow cooking in the cast iron and ceramic pots, homemade pickles and ferments , berry drinks and sbiten from the Altai herbs, various liqueurs, homemade jam. As for me, the main task is to see our guests satisfied with our restaurant.
